Exchanges at Our Physical Store

  • Customers can visit our physical store to exchange their purchase for a different item or size of equal or lesser value.
  • Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
  • Please bring your receipt or proof of purchase for the exchange.

Online Return Requests

  • All return requests for online orders must be made within 30 days of purchase.
  • Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as when received, with all tags attached.
  • To initiate a return, please contact our team at jackb@nolibrewhouse.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • Customers are responsible for additional shipping fees for returns.
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the exchange and ship out a new item or process refund.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Shipping Fees

  • Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning items.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at jackb@nolibrewhouse.com with your order number and a photo of the item.
  • We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping fees, for damaged or defective items.
