Exchanges at Our Physical Store
- Customers can visit our physical store to exchange their purchase for a different item or size of equal or lesser value.
- Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
- Please bring your receipt or proof of purchase for the exchange.
Online Return Requests
- All return requests for online orders must be made within 30 days of purchase.
- Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as when received, with all tags attached.
- To initiate a return, please contact our team at jackb@nolibrewhouse.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Customers are responsible for additional shipping fees for returns.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the exchange and ship out a new item or process refund.
Non-Returnable Items
- Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Shipping Fees
- Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning items.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at jackb@nolibrewhouse.com with your order number and a photo of the item.
- We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping fees, for damaged or defective items.
